Waited for 10+ minutes. Wait time when I arrived was 1 minute. Walked out 10 minutes later.

Check in online is useless. My suggested show time was 4:04. I arrived at 4:02, I was showing as next on deck on the screen. Mei blatantly moved someone in front of me. Then apologizes and asked if I was waiting... I was the only other person in there. Please look into this and figure out why

I have been getting my haircut here for several years. Doris is fantastic! She is very personable and always gives me exactly the cut and beard trim I want. I definitely recommend Sport Clips of Cinco Ranch.
